Geoffrey Lengagne  , former sous chef of Per Se in New York

On Monday, December 11th, Fulgurances, l’Adresse will welcome Geoffrey Lengagne, Thomas Keller’s former sous chef at his restaurant Per Se*** in New York. 

Geoffrey just returned from the Big Apple, where he spent five years working at one of the most exciting restaurants in the United States. The thirty year old chef is insatiable when he talks about his experience over there, about the daily menu changes, the boundless creativity, the enormous kitchen brigade to handle, the hint of folly, the enthusiasm. 

Before moving to the States, Geoffrey was the sous chef at Sketch** in London. He is a tireless traveler inspired by the unknown, by Japan, which he absolutely adores, Latin America, and always that Anglo-Saxon culture that will forever remain engraved in his food memory. 
On December 11th, for his “Seconds sont les premiers” dinner, he will rediscover the Parisian scene and the joy of cooking at home.
