“Itineraries of contemporary cuisine” is a bilingual (French and English) magazine. Imagined and edited by fulgurances as a contemplative travel log, it offers a subjective overview of contemporary cuisine at a precise moment in time. There is also a city guide at the end of each issue with a selection of our 10 favorite restaurants in one particular city. Through this magazine, we wanted to tell the tales of the people who make the culinary world such an exciting and moving adventure.
Whether they be chefs, producers or artisans, they all have a path, a story, a flaw, a grounding, an environment. We wrote the portraits of these men and women and left a significant amount of room for the images of our photographers, also from all around the world, and their independent and wandering eye.
