Fulgurances was in charge of the food and beverage program for the opening of the COS store on North 6th in Williamsburg.

Fulgurances’ resident chef Emile Desmet and the team created a special menu filled with delicious bites – mini pissaladière tarts, Paris Brest, tuna tostada with a French classic tartar dressing – served alongside a selection of natural wine from some of our favorite producers.
