Since 2020, we have been collaborating with Dom Pérignon to develop their food strategy: concept creation, tableware sourcing, event planning, graphic design and research. We worked hand in hand with chef Sylvain Parisot who created precise and unexpected wine pairings for each concept, always in line with their tasting notes and brand image.
