60 lucky guests experienced a mash up of Immanuel Wilkins and his quintet’s music and Nazareno Mayol’s food for an immersive experience.

The artists created a surprising performance mixing food and music. A feast for the senses, diners were able to both hear and taste these artists’ interpretations of acidity, bittersweet, hot and cold.

This event was orchestrated by Gelinaz, a global collective of chefs and Fulgurances.
