In 2022, we created a unique food program for Perriet Jouët’s Cellier Belle Epoque in Champagne, in line with their brand image and in collaboration with chef Aaron Rosenthal. We also handle the day to day operations by hiring a team or passionate individuals and ensuring the successful management of the space.
