From idea to plate Created in 2010, Fulgurances is an editorial and event agency, but also a restaurant, dedicated to contemporary cuisine. Fulgurances translates the needs of brands or cultural institutions into dinners and performances, in order to embody their values through young cuisine. Fulgurances designs tailor-made experiences for speeches as varied as influencers dinners or RP, consumer events, or internal communication. Our philosophy Fulgurances reflects the trends and transformations of contemporary cuisine and defends a multidisciplinary and transversal approach by associating graphic designers, artists, visual artists and scenographers on its events.
